I ordered a specific product, but they sent me something totally different and of lower quality without even asking me first. They admitted they didn’t have what I originally wanted, so they just sent what they called the 'closest alternative.' To make matters worse, they refuse to pay for the return shipping, even though they messed up on purpose.

Their return policy clearly states that they should give a full refund and cover shipping costs if they send the wrong item. When I reached out, they flat-out denied covering the return shipping and seemed almost too eager when I mentioned I’d opened a dispute with PayPal, like they’re used to dealing with complaints.

The PayPal dispute is still ongoing, but the merchant is trying to play games, claiming the product hasn’t been returned while ignoring their responsibility to cover shipping. This saga isn’t over; I might have to escalate it to ADR to get it sorted out.

It’s just wild how many people have been dragged into this mess and how much time and energy has been wasted all because of misleading advertising and a merchant who won’t stick to their own rules.

Update: This seller is taking advantage of PayPal’s return policy, so be sure to report them. PayPal might end up terminating their account or hitting them with fines. In my case, PayPal did cover the shipping costs.

So, today is Saturday, around 2 PM, and I placed an order for a High Speed Gear 247 Ankle IFAK yesterday (Friday) at about 8 AM. It arrived today.

The packaging was top-notch; the IFAK came in its original box, which was then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a grey parcel bag.

About the 247 Ankle IFAK - it’s comfy to wear, but you might want to go for slightly looser pants. I’d suggest using a SOFF-T Wide or something like that. A CAT fits, but it’s a bit on the big side. Can’t wait to use it more.

I’ll definitely be coming back; there’s a ton of great gear here that you just can’t find anywhere else.

Be cautious when placing an order with this seller. They intentionally shipped me a faulty product, banking on the idea that I’d simply accept it and not return it. They claimed it got damaged while in their inventory. When I requested to send it back, they informed me that I’d need to cover the return shipping costs, again hoping I’d just throw in the towel and keep it. I reached out to PayPal, and they told me they can’t force the seller to cover return shipping. This seller is well aware of this loophole and exploits it to take advantage of buyers.

Just a heads up: if you decide to order from this company, chances are you’ll receive subpar items and then be stuck with the bill for sending them back, which means you’ll end up losing money.

I placed an order on their site for delivery to Romania. The item arrived in good condition, but they charged me four times the actual shipping cost (29£ instead of 7.5£). I reached out via email to ask about the overcharge and whether they had a refund policy, but guess what? No response at all.

If you're in the UK, go ahead and shop there, but if you're outside the UK, tread carefully—you likely won't hear back from them after your purchase.

I can't say enough good things about Tactical Kit. They've got a huge selection of gear, their prices are super competitive, and the customer service (shoutout to Ian) along with the delivery is just outstanding. When I recently placed an order and found out it was out of stock, Ian reached out to me and offered a pricier version of the item at no extra cost, plus next day delivery. Just keep in mind, the wait would’ve only been two days total. Some businesses would take ages just to inform you that your item isn’t in stock. Honestly, fantastic service from a fantastic company, and I’ll definitely be back for more.
